Welcome to my website, which I hope will give you a background to the issues surrounding all aspects of inheritance planning – Wills, Inheritance Tax, Care home fees, Mental Capacity. The website can only give a brief overview of these issues. Everyone has their own personal circumstances which should be discussed privately to derive the correct solution.

I am a founding director of The Moneta Partnership Ltd and trade under the name of The Moneta Partnership.

I am based in Ilford, Essex and visit my clients at a time and place of their choosing (usually at home). This visit is free and without obligation. After ascertaining the client’s needs I will advise on the documents that need to be produced and agree a price, that is paid on delivery of the documents.

I cover all of north, east and central London and west Essex but am prepared to travel further.

Most of my clients come from word of mouth recommendations or introductions from IFAs or accountants.

I also give talks (free of charge) to various groups, such as pensioners’ forums and NHS retirement clubs and Redbridge Carers Support Service.

I am the organiser for north/east London for the Institute of Professional Willwriters.
